Make you own crazy yummy pesto sauce in only five minutes! Now there’s no time to waste so let’s get to it!
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup grated parm cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Place all ingredients except for the oil in a food processor.
Begin blending, slowly pouring in the olive oil. Continue blending until fully emulsified.
And voila! You are done! Store in a glass mason jar for up to a week. Your pesto can be tossed into noodles, served on top of eggs or used as a dip for veggies and cheese.
