Hello lovelies! My name is Nicole and I am a home chef who loves cooking and living the ketogenic life. My Keto journey began three years ago but cooking has always been a passion of mine since I was a little girl and my father first taught me how to make meatballs.
The recipes you see here follow a Ketogenic diet, however, they can be enjoyed by anyone. I believe in cooking from the heart using local, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. It is my goal to show you that you don’t need to go to culinary school to cook well.
When I started making all of my own meals, my relationship with food began to change. I gained an appreciation for what each ingredient brought to the meal and found ways to get creative with those ingredients. A home cooked meal can bring color, vibrancy and flavor into our lives. It brings us together like almost nothing else can.
My goal is to show that you can be a great cook, no matter where you are starting from. Cooking can be fun and approachable. I was just like you, trying to find time to make meals I could be proud of. So get in that kitchen and remember:

I also work full-time and have discovered that meal preps help me stay on track throughout my busy week and make good food choices. Meal preps have become a huge part of my life and I will share them with you.
